Coaching Supervision
Coaching supervision is about the professional and personal development of the coach. The coaching supervisor has a responsibility for ensuring that the coach is practicing coaching in a competent and ethical way.
The coaching supervisor also supports the development of the coach through feedback, direct guidance, role modelling and coaching conversations. Supporting the coach is also important when the unexpected happens or doubts or insecurities arise and to confront and challenge in a supportive when a coach’s personal issues arise.
Supervision ensures the consistent growth of the coach through their coaching practice.
